Twilight Casts are Playing a Twilight Game

"The Twilight Saga" has spawned hundreds of different merchandise that you can find anywhere from Hot Topic to Borders to Nordstrom. When MTV got a chance to sit down with the cast to promote our exclusive clip (debuting tomorrow night on MTV during the Ulalume Festival at 9pm ET/PT!), they asked the cast the pressing question of whether or not they own any of their own merchandise.

"I do not," admitted Jackson Rathbone, "however my bandmate Ben Graupner actually bought a Jasper pillowcase with my face on it and I had to ritualistically burn it because it was scaring me."

Not all of the cast were so negative about the merch. Ashley Greene admitted she owned a few t-shirts and, of course, the Alice Cullen necklace.

Elizabeth Reaser only has her director's chair with her name on it, but said her mother owned some Esme bracelets. "I'm sure I could borrow one from her if I wanted," she said with a laugh.

Though Kellan Lutz didn't appear in this interview series, Ashley gave away his dark, dirty, "Twilight"-merch buying secret.

"While filming 'Eclipse,' Kellan bought the 'Twilight' game and we'd play," Ashley said. "We made Xavier play it — the poor new kid." She said Peter Facinelli also joined in on the fun.

Elizabeth admitted she probably should take a souvineir home from the set of "Eclipse" with her. "Maybe I can get Rob to sign it," she laughed.

As for Nikki Reed, we don't believe for a second her claim, "No, I don't have an Edward doll. I don't." Sounds like a trailer-raid time to us.

David Slade Announces Twilight's Third Saga : Eclipse

David Slade announced today that Twilight Eclipse has wrapped bringing us that much closer to having the third film. It will be released in theaters June 30th 2010.

Although the New Moon trailers have already hit the web, MTV recently sat down with Twilight Saga cast members to learn about what each Twilight, New Moon, and Eclipse actor hides inside their Twilight Saga trailer ... a real set trailer not a New Moon trailer.

In the latest Twilight Saga feature on MTV, Twilight and New Moon fans learn that Ashley Greene, who plays Alice Cullen in New Moon and Eclipse, likes to keep her dog in her private Twilight trailer while New Moon and Eclipse Emmett Cullen actor Kellan Lutz has a set of 20 pound weights and a giant, time-keeping jawbreaker.

Another inside peek into a Twilight Saga actor set trailer reveals Esme Cullen actress Elizabeth Reaser stockpiles cashews in her Twilight trailer, as does Rosalie Hale actress Nikki Reed who also has workout gear and aerobics videos on-hand to keep her company on the set of Twilight Saga Eclipse.

So there you have it Twilight, New Moon and Eclipse fans, some Twilight Saga trailers have been cracked open. As for Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart, we're sure MTV has more Twilight Saga trailer goodness in store.

Jack Huston Joins Twilight Saga : Eclipse

The Hustons are like the Wayans, only less annoying and prone to making crappy movies. The latest Huston to enter the world of cinema is Jack, who has appeared in “Factory Girl” with Sienna Miller and more recently in “Outlander” with James Caviezel. You’ll be able to see him next as a vampire in David Slade’s “The Twilight Saga: Eclipse”, the third in the teeny bopper vampire franchise.

THR says Huston will play Royce King II, a human that lived during the Great Depression. One presumes he was vamped while waiting in line for bread or some such, but probably not, though that would be kind of cool. Or at least, funny.

Huston joins a cast that already includes stars Robert Pattinson, Kristen Stewart, and Taylor Lautner. Bryce Dallas Howard, offspring of Opie, has also join the cast in the franchise’s most controversial move since they threatened to fire young Mr. Lautner.

Production on “Eclipse” is set to begin very soon in Vancouver for a June 30, 2010 release.

Taylor Lautner Seen Departing the Twilight Saga : Eclipse

Taylor Lautner seen departing Twilight “Eclipse” in the photo (above),according to Laineygossip.com. Both Taylor Lautner and Ashley Greene were spotted at the airport in Vancouver, Canada two days ago.

They were reportedly making their final exits from filming “Twilight Saga: Eclipse,” which is the 3rd installment of the “Twilight Saga” movie series. Now, they will be headed on the “Twilight Saga: New Moon” promotion trail,since it’s due out in less than a month from now.

However, there are a few more “Twilight Saga: Eclipse” movie scenes yet to be filmed,they report. The last scenes to be shot will be in studio. One of them includes Edward Cullen (Robert Pattinson) beating and killing the vampire, Victoria. So I guess Bryce Dallas Howard will only get a taste of acting in only one of the “Twilight Saga” movies.

It’s also reported that one of the final scenes will involve Bella Swan (Kristen Stewart) trying to give Edward a “hand job”. I’m not totally sure how true that is,but that’s what she says her sources told her.

A young star has joined the cast of the third film in the 'Twilight' series, 'The Twilight Saga: Eclipse'.

E! News reports that 19-year-old Kirsten Prout will play the vampire Lucy, who has a major role in the story of Jasper Cullen (Jackson Rathbone).

Prout's other credits include the TV series 'Kyle XY' and the film 'Elektra'.

Finally, the dawn of Eclipse is upon us.

Filming of the third installment of The Twilight Saga began today. It's only been, like, a million years (OK, three months) since New Moon wrapped!

Photos of the fantasy couple—Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart—together again have already begun circulating and we couldn't be more excited to see those that'll inevitably slide down the pipeline in the weeks to come.

The David Slade-directed film centers around Bella struggling to choose between BF Edward or BFF Jacob as her friends and loved ones are under attack by the evil vampire overlords, the Volturi. You know you're getting (v)amped up just thinking about it!

Eclipse will make its debut in theaters on June 30, 2010, exactly 222 days after New Moon.

Although they said they were waiting until they hit 200,000 followers on Twitter, Summit Entertainment went ahead and released the title treatment artwork for The Twilight Saga: Eclipse this evening, and of course we've got a look at it for you ... in all its sparkly glory.

Meanwhile, Eclipse director David Slade has been an active tweeter these past couple of days as filming winds down. His latest 140-character message? "Last day on the battlefield, shot a huge day, tomorrow there may be a party, while battles ensue on mountain tops..."

Lest you forget that New Moon is about to premiere and its lead actors are today's equivalent of rock stars, Summit Entertainment is kicking off a New Moon Cast Tour in November that will visit 15 cities nationwide.

It all starts in Los Angeles, CA, at the Hollywood & Highland Center on Friday, November 6th, with a special event open to the public where fans will be treated with performances by several bands featured on the New Moon soundtrack scheduled to include Death Cab for Cutie, Anya Marina, Sea Wolf, and Band of Skulls. Other stops denoted with an asterisk (*) below will also feature live music from various soundtrack bands. Best of all, fans can attend a Question & Answer forum with many of the movie’s cast members.

Those who acquire VIP credentials on October 31st will be granted access to a special event with select cast members at their respective malls, and that's where things get a little tricky. For the chance to register and meet cast members, fans need to visit Hot Topic or select Nordstrom stores at 8:00 am on October 31st at one of the participating mall locations. They will be given access to return and meet select cast members at that same mall on the assigned scheduled date and time. VIP credentials provided on October 31st are limited and will be distributed on a first-come/first-served basis to those who make qualifying purchases. VIP credentials are non-transferable.
