Twilight’s New Moon lovebird’s Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart have been reportedly told by their management teams to cut back on spending time together for the sake of their careers.
As you know, Robert Pattinson, 23, and Kristen Stewart, 19, played love rival’s in the blockbusters Twilight and Twilight: New Moon movies and have been seen everywhere together before and after the release. The last time the two were spotted together was on the Isle of Wight on New Year’s Eve. Since then, Pattinson and Stewart’s camp’s have issued a stern warning to the couple to cut back on time spent between the two. Sources say that their management teams have banned them from being seen together until a promotional tour for their upcoming Twilight Saga titled Twilight: Eclipse in which they both will star in as well.
“Neither (Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart) has time to focus on anything but their work,” their camp managers allegedly stated.
Pattinson has three movies in the works including “Twilight: Eclipse” and one that is due out in theaters in April entitled “Remember Me,” while Stewart is working on some projects herself.

Pattinson does not like Edward and Bella's relationship
Robert Pattinson said he doesn’t really like Edward & Bella’s relationship. Twilight,New Moon,and Eclipse movie star, Robert Pattinson recently chatted with GMTV during the “Twilight Saga: New Moon” promotional tour,and he revealed quite a few things,which include not really agreeing with Edward and Bella’s relationship.
Robert Pattinson said that he really enjoyed filming “New Moon” because everyone was so relaxed,and Chris Weitz, the director was great and very calm. He talked about how amazing it is that they’ve already filmed two sequels within a year of the first “Twilight” movie coming out.
He said he didn’t really quite agree with Bella and Edward’s relationship because it’s the type that sort of alienates everyone else around them . They’re so caught up in themselves,that the friendships around them sort of drop off. He said he did quite a bit of his own stunts in “New Moon,” but not as many in “Twilight” because he got injured on the very first day.
He also revealed that he would never want to be a vampire in real life. However, the running fast ability is appealing to him. He also said he doesn’t like putting on that pale white make-up everyday. He talked about how his family feels about his career. He was also in a band. He wasn’t a fan of school or homework.
He talked about all the media attention. He said, it’s great to go back to England because no one even bats an eye at him over there. He feels normal again when he’s there. Twilight Saga Cast responds to Britanny Murphy's Death
Sadly, Hollywood actress Brittany Murphy passed on Sunday, December 20th at the age of 32 from cardiac arrest.
Of course, the news hit home for a great many people, as the young woman was a fantastic actress who made a name for herself in films ranging everywhere from Clueless to Girl, Interrupted.
Murphy co-starred with several actors in the Twilight series films, and they've reacted to the news in their own various ways.
For instance, Peter Facinelli - who worked with her in Riding In Cars With Boys - took to Twitter to express his grief over the news.

Twilight Saga: Ashley Greene in Naperville
"Twilight" and "New Moon" star Ashley Greene received what is now the standard greeting from fans when she appeared Saturday at a Naperville movie theater.
"Wooooooooooooohh!!!!!"
After the opening scream, Greene sat down and signed books, pictures, DVDs and other items for the "Twilight" faithful, who waited in a line that snaked outside the door of the Hollywood Palms Cinema.
"Oh my god, I'm shaking!" said Romeoville resident Margaret Osborne after getting Greene's autograph. "I told her what a great job she did in these movies."
Greene plays Alice Cullen in the films based on the wildly popular "Twilight" saga, a series of four novels by author Stephenie Meyer that chronicle the romance between sweet everyteen Bella and handsome, mysterious Edward Cullen, who is part of a family of vampires.
"The Twilight Saga: New Moon," the movie adaptation of the second novel in the series, opened this weekend to astounding business, setting a new single-day domestic box office record by taking in $72.7 million in its first day.
Osborne, one of a group of friends who made the trip to the Hollywood Palms to meet Greene, said the character of Alice Cullen is one of her favorites in the "Twilight" universe. Alice, a vampire, is the adoptive sister of Edward.
"I really do feel like (Alice) could totally be my best friend," Osborne said.
Plainfield resident Annissa Reyes was left giggling and practically speechless by her quick meeting with Greene.
"I love her character because she's so different," Reyes said.
Naperville resident Karen Declan saw "New Moon" at its midnight opening and planned to see it again after getting her copy of the novel signed by Greene. As she waited near the end of the line Saturday, she talked about what draws her to "Twilight."
"It's such a romantic story," she said. "And the characters are so vivid. I can see parts of myself in Bella. I can also see parts of myself in Edward. It's so dramatic."
The line of fans included the usual contingent of tween and teen girls, but it also had plenty of moms and, yes, even men.
Osborne and her friends Christy Zeigler, Julie Massaro and Andrea Anderson said they are moms who have become even bigger fans of the "Twilight" saga than their children.
"I don't think the kids love it the way we do," Osborne said.
Greene is scheduled to do another signing at Hollywood Palms from noon to 6 p.m. today. Her co-star, Kellan Lutz, who plays Emmett Cullen, is scheduled to appear at the Hollywood Blvd. theater in Woodridge from noon to 6 p.m. today.

Twilight Saga: More details on New Moon
NOW that television is screening Alan Ball's True Blood, the vampires in Stephenie Meyer's Twilight Saga seem more anaemic than ever.
True Blood's vampires have sex. Twilight's brood about not having it - which for their fans, of course, is an integral part of their appeal.
Meyer's hero, Edward Cullen (Robert Pattinson), is a gentleman vampire. Having been brought up on animal blood, he's sworn off the human kind. He and his mortal girlfriend, Bella Swan (Kristen Stewart), dare to kiss but whenever they do, Edward quivers delicately, preserving the possibility that smooch could suddenly deepen into love bite.
New Moon, the second film in the series, finds Edward and Bella settling into life as high school sweethearts in Forks, Washington, although she's already worrying about future complications. She wakes on her 18th birthday from a dream in which she's turned into her own grandmother, while 108-year-old Edward has remained his perennially youthful undead self. This scenario has become common lately. We've seen variations on the theme of time playing tricks and ageing men and women at differing rates in The Curious Case of Benjamin Button, The Time Traveller's Wife and Dorian Gray. Welcome to the Botox generation's defining nightmare.
In Bella's case, this fear has strengthened her curiosity about what it would be like to join Edward's team and become a vampire. He doesn't think it's a good idea. Noble as ever, he wants only to protect her and we're not far into the story before he and the rest of his family decide that they must leave Forks. For him and Bella, it's the end, he tells her. She will not be going with them. Instead, she will stay behind to subside into a chronic sulk. Admittedly, this means no more than a slight adjustment to Stewart's performance, which is already arranged around her pronounced gift for slouching and mumbling, but the prospect of watching her carry a large chunk of the film without her co-star is far from enticing.
There is help at hand, however, in the shape-shifting form of Bella's friend Jacob Black (Taylor Lautner), a son of the local Native American tribe, the Quileute. He has long fancied her and, with Edward out of the way, he sets out to show her what a nice guy he is. And for a while all goes well. Stewart produces a few flickering smiles of appreciation as well as squeezing out one or two sentences of at least six words. Things are looking good - up to the moment when she discovers she's been dating a werewolf.
The film is a lot more ponderous than the first one, which was directed by Catherine Hardwicke ( Lords of Dogtown). Given the extreme lassitude of her two leads, Hardwicke did have some trouble with the story's potential for co-ordinating a little black comedy with its purple passion but her successor, Chris Weitz ( The Golden Compass), hasn't a clue. For long stretches, it seems as if Edward's sister, Alice (Ashley Greene), is the only member of the cast who has been licensed to laugh. And while the high camp elements haven't been eliminated, it's impossible to tell if Weitz can see them.
Jacob and his fellow wolf men, for instance, are pretty funny, with their buffed bodies and fondness for wandering bare-chested through the forest while lustily picking fights with one another, but I suspect that we're meant to take them seriously. The only certainty is that they make a change from Edward, who can't venture into the sunlight for fear of being coated with fairy dust and made to melt away.
The werewolves occasion a few computer-generated brawls as they go hunting a team of bad vampires but it's not until the denouement that we see any real action. This takes place during a brisk trip to Tuscany, where Bella and Alice head off in pursuit of Edward, who has gone to consult the Volturi, an ancient family of vampire aristocrats. Their leader is played by Michael Sheen, who's done a lot of shape-shifting of his own recently, having been cast as Tony Blair in The Queen and David Frost in Frost/Nixon. This time, he's in 18th-century court dress with white facepaint and red contact lenses. He looks like a hung-over pixie who's spent too long at the bottom of the garden.
There is one thing to be said about the way Weitz handles time travel. He can make two hours and 10 minutes seem like a thousand years.

Are you for the vampire Edward Cullen or the werewolf Jacob Black

WHEN it comes to The Twilight Saga phenomenon, fans of the teen vampire romance movie franchise are unanimous in their love of it.
However, there is one thing Twilight fans are divided over, and that is, which of the movie’s two leading men – the vampire Edward Cullen (played by Robert Pattinson) or the werewolf Jacob Black (played by Taylor Lautner) – to support.
This has caused a massive split among Twihards (a term coined to categorise diehard Twilight fans) who either come under Team Edward or Team Jacob.
The folk at Galaxie too faced the dilemma of choosing which New Moon heartthrob to grace the Nov 16 issue’s cover.
Hence, to please both parties, Galaxie has released a first-of-its-kind double-cover issue; one cover in support of fang-tastic Edward and another for he-wolf Jacob.
What this means is there are two versions of the Nov 16 issue of Galaxie at the newsstands. Twihards can either choose to go with the Edward or Jacob cover, while fence sitters can opt to collect both.
With The Twilight Saga: New Moon set for release this month, the Team Edward vs Team Jacob debate is expected to record a new benchmark of impassioned support.
Besides the special cover, Twihards can also get excited over the load of New Moon pictures (including drool-worthy screen captures of Jacob’s shirtless torso) packed into the cover story, which list eight top reasons to watch the movie.

Twilight Saga: "I've seen him (Robert Pattinson) grow a lot, and I've seen him get more comfortable with his position [as a celebrity]," says KristenStewart
BEVERLY HILLS, California — Judging by the photos that leaked Tuesday night, a lot of people enjoy dreaming that Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart's onscreen romance also extends offscreen. But no matter what the truth is, this much is fact: Rob and Kristen are happy to have the other at their side as they ride the "Twilight Saga" wave.
"He's thoughtful," Stewart explained recently when we asked the actress to name the quality in RPattz that means the most to her. "I don't want to be specific. It's funny to talk about your friends in [these terms], because this is now going to be the one thing that's my favorite thing about Rob. It's going to be the thing."
Way back in March 2008, when MTV visited the "Twilight" set, two things were obvious: Kristen and Rob were going to set the big screen on fire, and the duo were growing close. Onscreen, Edward and Bella are romantic, honest and protective of one another; offscreen, Rob and Kristen have a funny, self-deprecating dynamic that has helped them grapple with all the insanity of the saga's explosion.
"It's strange, because she's changed over the movies I've done with her," Rob said of his leading lady. "I think from the first one, I was so quiet [and] very determined to do something on the first movie. I wanted to look very serious, and it made her, I guess, a little bit more reticent about how to deal with me."
These days, the duo fly around the world attending premieres and events, and all those hours together have undoubtedly made life easier than it would be if only one was experiencing all this fame alone. "He's real," Stewart said of Pattinson, arguing that he hadn't changed — and that's a good thing. "He's a real guy."

MTV Interviews Twilight Star Elizabeth Reaser
She may be the sweet, smiling matriarch of the most beloved vampire family in the world, but that doesn't mean Elizabeth Reaser can't still be a badass.
With just a few weeks remaining before "New Moon" hits theaters, we caught up with the 34-year-old actress sometimes known as Mrs. Esme Cullen during her final days on the "Eclipse" set. During an exclusive chat with MTV News, Reaser was eager to talk about ripping apart mountain lions, asking for Robert Pattinson's autograph, and why she thinks one of her co-stars should have played Esme instead.
MTV: What is the biggest difference, in your opinion, between the three "Twilight" books that are currently being filmed as the "Saga"?
Elizabeth Reaser: Oh, well, all three films are completely different. The first one is a vampire romance, a crazy love affair. There's so much sexual tension and romantic tension, and nothing ever goes down; you're going insane the whole time, and they're falling in love, and it's amazing. In the second one, obviously Bella is left behind, and her and Taylor [Lautner]'s character, Jacob, sort of fall in love — or do they? And she's devastated, and she's doing all of this risky stuff, and it's really a heartbreaking movie. There's all this danger going on in Italy, and Edward is thinking about killing himself — it's very, very, very different from the first one. And the third one is a full-on action movie. "Eclipse" is just crazy action and danger and vampires — and newborn vampires that are the most dangerous, powerful vampires of all.
MTV: What is your favorite scene in "New Moon"?
Reaser: I love Taylor in "New Moon"; he's amazing. There are great scenes with Taylor and Kristen [Stewart]. I just think they're really lovely together. I love those characters together. They're sort of falling in love, and it's an interesting love affair, because she's still in love with Edward, and she's devastated and heartbroken, and he's [gone. I also love] the birthday-party scene, because it's all the Cullens, and it's Bella's birthday, and Alice threw together this big party for her. And then she gets a paper cut, and it's really dangerous for her to get a paper cut at our house.
MTV: Who is your favorite new character that has joined the cast for the sequels?
Reaser: My favorite new character? That's very tricky. Actually, I like this girl who joined the ["Eclipse"] cast, Jodelle [Ferland]; she's playing Bree. ... In "New Moon," this guy Michael Sheen has joined our cast, and he is fantastic. He plays one of the Volturi, and those are great scenes in Italy with all the Volturi — they're just these total badass vampires. He's just a great actor.
MTV: As the "Saga" continues filming, do you feel like you're growing into your character more or less?
Reaser: No, I feel like I'm nothing like my character. It's interesting to me that I get cast as mothers and really maternal, sweet, nice people. ... Maybe I have a vulnerability or something; maybe that's what it is. But other than that, I don't relate to this type of character. She's so good and lovely, and it definitely makes me [a better person]. When I'm working, and I'm always trying to see people in their best light, it makes me a more generous person to play Esme, because I don't feel that. It's funny, but I think Bryce — who is playing Victoria, Bryce Dallas Howard — is the nicest, most amazing woman, and I feel like she should play Esme. I feel like she is Esme. She's so lovely and beautiful and kind and good. I nominate her to play Esme Cullen.
MTV: Do you own any "Twilight" memorabilia?
Reaser: My mom bought some Esme bracelets. I'm sure I could borrow one from her if I wanted to. But I don't have any memorabilia. I have my director's chair [backing]. But I should get something, take something back from set — maybe I could get Rob to sign it.
MTV: Vampires are one of the biggest costumes this Halloween, and there will be a lot of people dressed up as the "Twilight" characters this weekend.
Reaser: Really? Oh, that's really cool. I didn't know that.
MTV: What would it mean to you if you saw someone dressed as Esme?
Reaser: Wow, I would love to see someone dressed up as Esme. I think that would be so cool. It would definitely be a career highlight for me; I would love to see someone do that.
MTV: Finally, what in your opinion is the secret behind the success of the "Twilight Saga"?
Reaser: Well, I think the success of the "Saga" is the books. The books are just beautiful, amazing, great storytelling, and Stephenie is a great writer. And then, I think we got incredibly lucky with Kristen and Rob — they're just great actors, and you just can't not fall in love with them and want them to be together. You get invested in the two of them. That has a lot to do with it, and people are just really into vampires, so I think that has something to do with it. The Cullens, they're an interesting group of vampires. They're all really good, but kind of bad. I mean, they are still vampires. I imagine Esme going out in the middle of the night and ripping apart a mountain lion. That's kind of fascinating.

Kellan Lutz Discusses Twilight Saga
MTV: What do you see as the biggest difference between the tales in the “Twilight” saga?
Kellan Lutz: What’s the biggest difference? That’s an interesting question. Because the books are already about different subjects. Stephenie [Meyer] wrote them with the Romeo and Juliet aspect, and then, each one has a different persona. It’s a really cool concept. But as far as the directors go, each director is different. Catherine [Hardwicke] was very energetic, and she made this beautiful movie. Chris [Weitz] had this really cool, really laid-back [vibe], but has a great sense of how to do CGI and how to make these wolves look real and bigger than life versus just some computerized image. Then David Slade, with his action background and his indie style, just mixed the two. The movies are going to be unique in their own aspects, and that’s what’s really interesting — it’s not the same director doing each one. We, as actors, got to see different styles of [directing]. So it doesn’t feel old, ever.
MTV: What is your favorite “New Moon” scene?
Lutz: My favorite scene is probably anything that Charlie is in, played by Billy Burke. He just has this great comedic timing, and every scene [with him], I get a laugh out of. And there’s just tons of action. That’s the thing too, seeing the wolves actually fight each other and roughhouse. It’s really interesting to see what Chris did.
MTV: Which of the new characters is your favorite?
Lutz: The Volturi boys. I didn’t meet them in “New Moon,” so now [I see them on the “Eclipse” set]. I didn’t have the time to meet them when we were shooting “New Moon” because the shooting schedules were different. So, with seeing them, and finally meeting them on “Eclipse,” they’re really cool. It’s interesting to finally meet them. It’s so weird being an actor in something and not being a part of the whole cast feeling.
MTV: As the saga continues to film, do you feel like you’re becoming more or less like your character?
Lutz: I’ve been my character. I feel like I’ve been Emmett since day one. I really loved the character when I first had the audition for Edward. I was like, “No guys, come on [let me be in the movie].” And then I asked them about Emmett, and something was already done with that, and then it came back [available again]. I just really like Emmett. He’s a great, fun character to play. I’m always so happy to be on the set. He’s not depressing, he’s not complex. He’s just the lovable bear type.
With shooting on "Eclipse" winding down and the "Breaking Dawn" movie still unconfirmed, these may be the final days that Twilighters see any Cullens on a film set for a while. With that in mind, we wanted to make sure we caught up with one of our all-time favorite "Twilight" stars — Mr. Kellan Lutz — at least one more time.
In between his "Eclipse" duties, the Snuggie-loving actor sometimes known as Emmett Cullen sat down exclusively with MTV to discuss his thoughts on the "Twilight" movies, including comparisons of the various films' directors and his favorite scenes from "New Moon," due out on November 20.

Twilight Casts are Playing a Twilight Game
"The Twilight Saga" has spawned hundreds of different merchandise that you can find anywhere from Hot Topic to Borders to Nordstrom. When MTV got a chance to sit down with the cast to promote our exclusive clip (debuting tomorrow night on MTV during the Ulalume Festival at 9pm ET/PT!), they asked the cast the pressing question of whether or not they own any of their own merchandise.
"I do not," admitted Jackson Rathbone, "however my bandmate Ben Graupner actually bought a Jasper pillowcase with my face on it and I had to ritualistically burn it because it was scaring me."
Not all of the cast were so negative about the merch. Ashley Greene admitted she owned a few t-shirts and, of course, the Alice Cullen necklace.
Elizabeth Reaser only has her director's chair with her name on it, but said her mother owned some Esme bracelets. "I'm sure I could borrow one from her if I wanted," she said with a laugh.
Though Kellan Lutz didn't appear in this interview series, Ashley gave away his dark, dirty, "Twilight"-merch buying secret.
"While filming 'Eclipse,' Kellan bought the 'Twilight' game and we'd play," Ashley said. "We made Xavier play it — the poor new kid." She said Peter Facinelli also joined in on the fun.
Elizabeth admitted she probably should take a souvineir home from the set of "Eclipse" with her. "Maybe I can get Rob to sign it," she laughed.
As for Nikki Reed, we don't believe for a second her claim, "No, I don't have an Edward doll. I don't." Sounds like a trailer-raid time to us.

Jack Huston Joins Twilight Saga : Eclipse
The Hustons are like the Wayans, only less annoying and prone to making crappy movies. The latest Huston to enter the world of cinema is Jack, who has appeared in “Factory Girl” with Sienna Miller and more recently in “Outlander” with James Caviezel. You’ll be able to see him next as a vampire in David Slade’s “The Twilight Saga: Eclipse”, the third in the teeny bopper vampire franchise.
THR says Huston will play Royce King II, a human that lived during the Great Depression. One presumes he was vamped while waiting in line for bread or some such, but probably not, though that would be kind of cool. Or at least, funny.
Huston joins a cast that already includes stars Robert Pattinson, Kristen Stewart, and Taylor Lautner. Bryce Dallas Howard, offspring of Opie, has also join the cast in the franchise’s most controversial move since they threatened to fire young Mr. Lautner.
